Client Summit 2025: Moments of Influence
We hope you’ll join us October 21st – 23rd in Nashville at the Dream Hotel as we bring together healthcare thought leaders for Icario’s annual Client Summit. You’ll hear from industry luminaries like our keynote speaker Aneesh Chopra, the first U.S. Chief Technology Officer (2009-2012) and author of “Innovative State: How New Technologies Can Transform Government.”
At Icario, we know your members’ time and attention are precious commodities, and we believe in making the most of each “Moment of Influence.” In our first phase, Icario reshaped healthcare engagement by using omni-channel outreach and innovative rewards strategies to motivate members to complete healthy activities and close gaps in care. Our ability to minimize outreach while maximizing engagement set the standard for our industry.
Our next chapter will revolutionize the market again by capitalizing on the actionable data these Moments of Influence generate to:
- Identify otherwise invisible health barriers and risks in your health plan members
- Prioritize next-best actions at an individual member level
- Predict and act on barriers to care in real time
- Reduce member abrasion even further (or eliminate it entirely!)
- Deliver quantifiable quality, risk adjustment, retention and cost avoidance value

Keynote Speaker: Aneesh Chopra
America’s First Chief Technology Officer
Aneesh Chopra served as the first U.S. Chief Technology Officer under the Obama Administration, where he spearheaded initiatives to modernize the nation’s healthcare system using electronic health records and health information exchanges. These efforts strengthened the data infrastructure used in healthcare delivery reform, ultimately helping the industry progress toward a more connected and efficient healthcare ecosystem.
Chopra also served as Virginia’s Secretary of Technology under Governor Tim Kaine, where he championed the growth of the state’s technology sector, enhanced educational opportunities through technology, and drove innovation in government operations. As a public servant, Aneesh fostered better public-private collaboration, a theme central to his 2014 book, “Innovative State: How New Technologies Can Transform Government.”
Chopra’s significant contributions to the fields of technology and healthcare have cemented his reputation as a forward-thinking leader committed to leveraging technology for the public good. He’s been recognized by Modern Healthcare as one of the 100 Most Influential People in Healthcare and one of the top 25 “Doers, Dreamers, and Drivers” by Government Technology magazine.

The Venue
(and why it’s as unique as our 2025 Client Summit)
Join us at the Dream Nashville, a stylish boutique hotel located at the heart of Music City. The Dream Nashville is located in the city’s historic Printer’s Alley district. Two buildings, the Climax Saloon, also known as the Embers building (1887), and the Utopia Hotel (1890), were used as the redevelopment’s foundation. Both of these buildings are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

What is the full agenda and who are the keynote speakers?
The full agenda for Icario’s upcoming “Moments of Influence” Client Summit is coming soon. Stay tuned for updates, announcements, additional speakers, and topics we’ll cover in sessions and roundtables. You’ll also find details about the Signature Event Icario has planned for attendees on the evening of October 22nd.
When should I arrive? And what time should I plan on flying out at the end of the Summit?
We’d love to host you at our Welcome Reception on Tuesday, October 21st beginning at 6:00PM at Snitch, located onsite at the Dream Hotel Nashville. Our formal agenda begins on Wednesday, October 22nd with breakfast at 8:00AM. And the Summit will conclude on Thursday, October 23rd at 1:00PM.
Where are the meals, receptions, and social events located?
We’re going to Music City for our 2025 Client Summit. The Dream Hotel located in the heart of downtown Nashville will host the Summit and most of the meals we’ll share together. Sessions and roundtables will be held in “DLS” (“Dirty Little Secret”), a speakeasy-style event space hidden among the shadows of Printer’s Alley. We’ll host our opening-night cocktail reception at Snitch. Located on site at The Dream, Snitch is a relaxed yet proper cocktail den. We’ll share a bite, a drink or two and bring in some authentic Nashville live music as we gather at the hotel’s popular dive bar near Broadway.
Will presentation slides or session recordings be shared afterward?
We’ll share presentation slides with meeting attendees following the Icario Client Summit. We’ll send them to the email address you shared with us during the registration process.
Venue and Accommodations
Are there hotel room blocks or discounted rates for attendees?
Icario has blocked rooms for all attendees on site at the Dream Hotel in Nashville. Located at 210 4th Avenue North, the hotel is just steps away from downtown Nashville’s Broadway. To support your participation, Icario will cover the cost of your hotel stay during the Summit, as long as this aligns with your organization’s travel and compliance guidelines. For planning and logistic purposes, please let the Icario team know if your organization will be covering the hotel costs for you.
Networking and Engagement
How can I connect with other attendees, speakers, or company representatives?
As you know, Icario is all about engagement! Meals, breaks, cocktail receptions and our Signature Event on October 22nd will offer plenty of opportunities to mingle with our keynote and other speakers, Icario attendees and your fellow plans.
Is there a way to schedule time with product experts or executives?
Icario Executive, Product, Operations and Commercial personnel will be onsite throughout the Summit. We’d love to find time with you while were together in Nashville, or afterwards when we’ve all had a chance to digest the ideas we generate together at the Summit.

Who should register for the Icario Client Summit?
We encourage all of our clients and health plan partners to attend. The Icario Client Summit was designed to encourage networking and best practice sharing amongst our clients and partners alike.
What if I’m a vendor / partner organization interested in attending the Icario Client Summit?
Due to the nature of the Icario Client Summit, we can only accept registrations from existing clients, health plans and current partners. For all vendor inquiries, please use the “Contact Us” tab.

Icario will have a large onsite team of staff you can reach out to. Feel free to talk to any of our team members and we will be happy to assist you.
Who do I contact if I have dietary restrictions or accessibility needs?
The Client Summit registration form found here gives you the opportunity to share with us all of the things you might need us to know before you arrive. We want to make sure this event is accessible and comfortable for everyone, so if there’s something you want to share with us before you arrive, please email clientsummit@icariohealth.com.

How do I provide feedback about the event?
We know that the best events improve and evolve over time. So we hope you’ll give us your feedback throughout the event, and that you’ll engage with us following the Summit’s conclusion when we ask you more formally for your two cents.
