Scope of Policy
This policy applies to information we collect on the Site, and to email or other electronic messages between you and the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Information You Provide to Us
While using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name, phone, mailing address or email address (“Personal Information”).

Information We Collect Through Automatic Technologies

Use of Information
We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction. We may use your Personal Information to contact you with marketing or promotional materials and other information designed to inform you about Icario products and services that may be of interest to you. All use of promotional email includes the ability to unsubscribe from similar messaging. Icario does not provide any Personal Information collected to any third party.
Personal Data may lawfully be transferred in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. Sensitive Personal Data is not collected automatically by Icario though users may voluntarily provide such information.
Icario maintains administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to reasonably and appropriately protect the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of your Personal Information. For example, the file containing your Personal Information will be maintained in secure locations at our offices or on our servers (or those maintained by our service providers) with access limited to authorized employees, representatives and agents. Our employees receive training on our security practices and obligations.
Compliance with our security policies is periodically audited by our Chief Information Security Officer and we continually assess the adequacy of, and where appropriate improve, our security controls and procedures. The Company’s employees and our third-party service providers must abide by this policy and those who violate it are subject to corrective action, up to and including termination of employment or other legal action as permitted by law.
We do not knowingly collect any information at all from children under age 13. Our Site is not intended for children. No one under age 13 may provide any information to our Site. If we learn we have collected any information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under age 13, please contact us. It is our policy to comply as applicable with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 and all other applicable laws.
Special Notice to California Residents
Under the California Consumer Protection Act (CCPA), California residents have certain additional rights pertaining to information they provide to Icario. You have the right to know how Icario collects, stores, uses and shares your personal information. That information is detailed in previous sections of this policy. You have the right to request that Icario delete all of your personal information from our systems. You have the right to opt-out of any future contact from Icario. And you have the right to not be discriminated against in any way because you have exercised any of the rights provided to you under the CCPA. These actions can be accomplished by using the contact information listed at the end of this policy.
