Get to Know Jake
Jake Petralia is the VP of Product at Icario, where he is responsible for leading product management, operations, analytics and experience functions. He specializes in transforming customer insights and market data into clear, strategic priorities that drive exceptional consumer experiences and accelerate growth.
Before joining Icario, Jake served as the Director of Digital Health & Analytics Strategy at Humana and and was responsible for product and platform strategy for game-changing member experience, data, analytics technologies, steering product prioritization and development to achieve enterprise digital transformation goals. Jake joined Humana through Transcend Insights, a wholly owned, independent population health management technology subsidiary, where he led product strategy.
Jake graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Biology from Stanford University and completed his graduate work at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he received a dual Masters of Business Administration and Masters of Science in Public Health. In his free time, he is the Chief of Staff to the CEO of the Petralia Household, Julia Petralia. Together, they oversee the livelihood of their two amazing daughters, two vizslas, and two cats.
