Get to Know Jen
Jen Kaupa is the Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Icario, where she is responsible for driving Icario’s financial performance and strategy, and oversees budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. She specializes in transforming financial processes to derive data-driven insights that inform strategic decision making and support continued growth.
Before joining Icario, Jen was a Director at Riveron Consulting in the Business Performance Improvement practice, leading Finance Transformation and Corporate FP&A advisory engagements for both public and PE-backed companies across a wide variety of industries. Jen’s professional experience also includes financial advisory at FTI consulting, corporate finance and accounting at Target, and audit services at KPMG.
Jen graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Miami University and completed her graduate work at the University of Notre Dame, where she received a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Finance. Jen is also a licensed CPA in the State of Minnesota. In her free time, Jen enjoys traveling, hiking with her dog, and spending time with family.
