Get to Know Mary
Mary Lohmann holds the position of VP, Talent & Employee Experience, at Icario and is responsible for leading human resources initiatives, and providing first-class services to employees in areas including recruitment, training, retention, recognition, and employee benefits. Since the 2020 merger of NovuHealth and Revel Health formed Icario, Mary has built the Talent & Employee Experience function from the ground up, implementing innovative processes that have supported growth from 30 to more than 300 employees. She leads a team of human resources experts who help to support these functions, ensuring that the end-to-end employee (and potential employee) experience is second to none.
Mary’s passion for employee experience began with her 17 years in the retail grocery business as the Corporate Manager of Human Resources at Jerry’s Enterprises. Here she led day-to-day human resources activities for more than 3,200 employees, building a foundational expertise in employee experience.
Mary completed her undergraduate studies at the University of St. Thomas, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting. In her free time, Mary enjoys traveling, gardening, entertaining, and spending time with her family and friends. She and her husband, John, are parents to two daughters and two golden retrievers.
